• All items are guaranteed as being genuine, unless explicitly described otherwise, e.g. contemporary counterfeits, modern fantasy pieces.
• Items can be ordered directly from this web site, also by E-mail, letter or phone.
• Items can be returned by clients if not fully satisfied within 10 working days, provided they are in the original sealed coin or note flip.
• New Clients will receive goods only after payment has been cleared.
• Coins and Notes are graded conservatively and most items are illustrated, however it is always subjective.
• Payment may be made by PayPal, Cash, Cheque, International Postal Order, Bank Drafts (in Euros), EFT or by MasterCard, Visa (2.4% surcharge) or lLaser/Maestro debit cards.
• We will accept $ cheques at an agreed rate, plus a surcharge for bank fees, normally $15.

Shipping

• The shipping cost is based on weight and destination and is calculated automatically on the site.
• Registration/Insuance is available as a selectable extra.
• Goods are insured when sent to you, however should you return them, it is your responsibility.
• For overseas customers, please bear in mind that you may incur further costs when the goods enter your country, this may include Customs charges and/or Sales(VAT) tax. these are your responsibility.
